Hi all, thanks for joining the best tribe about Nova Scotia! :D

I lived there for 12+ years, it is an awesome place. Feel free to upload your favorite pictures of N.S.

Crank up the Anne Murray / Sarah McLachlan tunes, and crack open the Moosehead!!

My mom;s family iis from Cape Breton, and dad's from Halifax.

It's great to find this tribe!

You can find the official blah-blah here:

But the bottom line is this: friendly, down-to-earth people. Beautiful, natural scenery throughout the province. A great place to live and work.

I'm giddy with excitement! Finding not only a NS tribe, but with members who want to know more about this beautiful place I call home. :)

I have some pics on my profile of my favourite beach, which is 20 minutes from my house...I'll add more from Cape Breton, the Annapolis Valley and the South shore if you'd like.

You know, until I started travelling, I didn't realize how amazing my province truly is. I wanted to move to Montreal, or London England. But, my biggest dream now is to find an ocean lot facing the Atlantic, and have a couple of sea-kayaks.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask!

        Cheers,
        Flunkiejunkie

Hi Ken and thanks, I am originally from Springhill Nova Scotia
however after graduating in '87 and entering the military I left and now reside in British Columbia - have fantastic memories of N.S and the folks back home and every so often a Bluenose plate will find it's way out here and ofcourse I just want to pull them over and catch up! :)

I am interested in touching base with anyone still in N.S to touch base. You can e-mail me directly at jaysventures@yahoo.com

So, I'm temporarily in Hantsport and will be moving to Halifax (Gottingen St.) in mid-August.. Previously I've been living in Vancouver, so my primary comparison will be to that city.. so far Halifax has got a lot of the good vibes I associate with vancity, so I'm already feeling at home..
